Olive Oil, or Avocado or Walnut Oil

Italian Blend Spice Mix

Onion Powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Let the beef mixture sit for 20 minutes.
Make into patties.
Grill or Pan-fry in a cast iron skillet.
